- Operates heavy motor vehicles, truck-trailers (over 38 tons), and oversized special vehicles, requiring exceptionally careful handling due to the cargo's size and weight.
- Supervises and assists in loading/unloading, ensuring the cargo is safely stacked and secured to prevent damage. Verifies that the vehicle is not loaded beyond its rated capacity by checking shipping documents and visual inspection.
- Performs regular operator's maintenance, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on the assigned vehicles.
- Ensures all vehicle operations are conducted in accordance with pertinent laws and traffic regulations (e.g., German Traffic Ordinance Art. 32, Para 1).
- Maintains trip tickets and prepares necessary reports for any accidents or incidents.

Applicants must be in possession of a German driver's license class B, C and CE.

Applicants must be in possession of a German driver's license class B, C and CE, PLUS at least 10 years of occupational experience as a driver of Heavy Trucks.
This is a temporary full-time position (42.5 hs/week) until the return of the incumbent, but not to exceed 31 March 27.
- If requirement exists, the incumbent of this position is obligated to perform TDY within and outside Germany, shift work, weekend and holiday work.
- ADR license desired.
- English Language Proficiency Level A1 AND German Language Proficiency Level B1 required.
