Ihre Aufgaben
- ** Umfassende Exportabfertigung
- Zollabwicklung über ATLAS (Erstellung von Ausfuhranmeldungen)
- Erstellung bzw. Einholung aller für den Export notwendigen Unterlagen
- Fakturierung Allgemeine
- Kundenbetreuung
- Annahme der Kundenaufträge
- Organisation der Transporte / Abholungen
- Erstellung und Versand von Transportaufträgen / Buchungsbestätigungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von länderspezifischen und konzernseitigen Vorgaben
- Anfertigung und Versand der kompletten auftragsbezogenen Dokumentation
- Weltweite Kommunikation in englischer Sprache **
Ihr Profil
**
Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
Kenntnisse im Bereich Luftfracht
Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Word und Excel)
Selbstständiges Arbeiten
Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Kundenorientierung, Einsatzbereitschaft
Verantwortungsbewusstsein
